We’re looking for people to join our ministry staff, particularly in Arizona. People who want to invest their lives in something eternal. People who are committed to making sure kids have a safe, fun place to hear the Gospel and receive love.
Arizona Regional Director
The Arizona Regional Director is a new, full-time position we believe is necessary for growth and maximizing our ministry potential in the state of Arizona. This key position includes leading the Arizona staff team, engaging in the community, and cultivating relationships. It provides an exciting opportunity for visionary and innovative leadership, exploring ways to expand our ministry and reach more kids for Christ within the Arizona region.
Arizona Campus Manager
In addition, we are currently seeking an Arizona Campus Manager to live on-site and oversee the grounds and facilities at our Arizona location. This includes hands-on work with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other maintenance needs. The person in this position will also help oversee staff and volunteers who are assisting with grounds and facilities upkeep.
Arizona Children’s Program Lead
If you feel called to serve directly with the children in a leadership role, we have an opening for our Arizona Children’s Program Lead, who is responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of our children’s program in Arizona. This also includes leading a team of program staff by example, support, training, and encouragement.
