On-Site Programming
The children receive three hearty meals each day, prepared by professional staff in a commercial kitchen and served cafeteria-style in the dining room. At night, the children sleep in comfortable dormitories which give them a safe feeling of retreat after a busy day of activities. The boys and girls who come to Youth Haven enjoy all of this in a safe and fun environment – a completely new experience for many of them! Some of our Daily Activities:
Youth Haven offers year-round on-site programming for disadvantaged boys and girls between the ages of 7 and 12. Throughout the year, children come to our campuses in Michigan and Arizona for weekend, three-day, or week-long experiences.
The day at Youth Haven is packed with various games and activities. From the time they get up in the morning until they go to bed at night, the children will be busy with outdoor activities, nature learning, games in our gymnasium, chapel times of singing and learning, visiting the animals at our petting farm, and more!
